Your prices are so low they scare me. Why are your prices so much lower than other furniture stores?

The answer is simple.  We go directly to the source and cut out the middle man. We don't have the overhead of maintaining elaborate showrooms, which keeps our costs low. We don't need to charge outrageous prices to offset the costs of an outrageous showroom or salesman commissions. We have none of these costs, so we can afford to charge much lower prices and pass the savings on to you.

Where are you located? Do you have a showroom for me to visit?

We do not have a physical showroom. The idea behind our website is to have no overhead costs, allowing us to apply very little mark up. We are strictly an internet business. The items we sell are the same high-quality items sold at ordinary furniture stores--without the huge mark up in prices. We only deal with reputable wholesalers and manufacturers- many of whom have been in business for decades and have warehouses all over the united states and Canada.

Do you ship anywhere ?

Yes; we offer shipping to anywhere within the U.S.A, including Hawaii and Alaska.  Plus, we can provide sea or air shipping to most large cities Worldwide.  Keep in mind the “free Shipping” we offer with furniture purchases, is only for shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. States.  But our shipping charges to most foreign cities are much lower that what other furniture stores charge.  Call us for an estimate.

Do the items get delivered directly to my door?

If the furniture is shipped to a destination within the contiguous 48 states or Hawaii; Yes, it will be delivered to your door. We use common carriers, and they do not deliver on weekends.  But, once your furniture arrives at the terminal nearest to you, the carrier will call you to set up a convenient delivery time.

If furniture is destined to a location in Alaska, it depends on where, as transportation is only available to the nearest seaport or airport, for remote locations.  For furniture destined to foreign countries, transportation is only provided to the nearest major city, seaport or airport.  You will be responsible for having your furniture cleared through customs in your country, as well as paying all charges for customs clearance, handling fees, duty/taxes, and delivery to your home.

Keep in mind, that whether your furniture is delivered to your home or a port, it will arrive professionally packed.  You will be responsible for any assembly that is required.  Once again, in order for us to provide “free or low cost shipping” we cannot include inside delivery or setup.  But, the money you save will be worth it!

 

Can I save money and pick up the items myself?

          No. We are internet based only.  We don't maintain stock in order to keep your prices low. All items are shipped directly from the source.

What if the item I order arrives with damage?

We inspect each item before it’s shipped to you.  But unfortunately, damage can occur during transit.  When the driver is delivering your order, and the packing material is not intact, be sure to write it on the carrier’s delivery receipt.  If any items are damaged, you must notify us in writing, within 72 hours.  We will repair or replace damaged items in a timely manner.  

What is your return policy?

Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Items must be shipped back to our dock in Arizona, at your expense.  Furthermore, you’re responsible for securely repacking returned items into their original packages.   Once we receive the items back, in the good condition we will refund you.  A good business relationship is based on both the merchant and the customer being fair with each other. We will try to do our part and trust you will do the same.
