How to Order

Placing an order with Jill' Home Furnishings is simple!

Ordering:  Two simple ways!  Click on our ORDER NOW link on the main page (it's fastest!) or give us a call!  Arizona residents must pay 7.8% sales tax.  Sorry! 

Forms of Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, major credit cards, cashier's checks, and cash. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear. Credit card orders can be made using the ORDER NOW  form or over the phone.  

Payment terms: Full payment must be made upon placing an order. 

Sales tax and Shipping costs: All  Arizona sales are subject to 7.8% sales tax.  Shipping is FREE!

Prices: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Although all prices posted on the web should be accurate, an exact price quote will be given when ordering (in case there are any typographical errors in our prices listed on the web).

Delivery Time: Orders are officially placed after payment is received.     Please allow 3- 8 weeks for delivery.  If expedited shipping is needed, call us for an estimate on additional charges.  Out of state orders may take 3-8 weeks.  There are no weekend deliveries. For an additional $75.00 we can have your order to you with 7 business days.  This does not apply to items that are currently out of stock.

Assembly: You are responsible for any assembly that may be required . All items will arrive professionally packed.  This measure is taken to prevent damage from occurring while items are in transit.  Included in the boxes are the hardware, and assembly instructions

Returns: At Jill's Home Furnishings, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction. We will do our best to sell our customers the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible prices. We offer the best values available (we encourage customers to browse furniture showrooms and compare prices). Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns  will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and delivery costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping items back in good condition. Once we receive them back, we will refund you promptly.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise: We inspect all merchandise and boxes BEFORE we ship out; however, if for some reason damage occurs during shipping, claims for defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 72 hours after delivery.  In order for us to repair or replace, insurance MUST have been purchased.

 

In all cases, we will strive to be reasonable and fair. A good business relationship is based on both the merchant and the customer being fair with each other. We will try to do our part and trust you will do the same.
