Over 75 Fabric Choices!

Most all of our sofa sets are available in over 75 different fabric varieties.  Additionally, the finish on any wood trim is available in a variety of colors.  We currently do not have any fabric images posted on our site, but send us an email for details on how to view them.

About our Sofa Manufacturer:

"We have a production capacity of over 250 sets per week. We manufacture our own frames and moldings. Our company has over 50 employees. Our warehouse is twenty-two thousand square feet. We specialize in the manufacturing of living rooms, including sofas, loveseats, chairs, sleepers, swivel rocker chairs and wing chairs.

The lumber used in our frames is a three common pine. We use only Leggett & Platt for our springs and mechanisms. Our seating cushions are 1.8 density and meet all California’s codes and specifications. We use oak, alder, cedar and pine moldings, all of which can be stained to the customer’s preference of color; from black to white wash and cherry to red oak.

Our assembly line consist of fifteen upholsters and fourteen seamstresses. We have a Quality Control Manager designated to control every detail in the craftsmanship of every piece manufactured. Our cutting team has a designer and two regular cutters. We design three new styles every six months. The  Manufacturing team has excellent experience in manufacturing and the quality of their work is superb."
